Just in case you don't know what a therapy dog is, here's the Wikipedia definition: A therapy dog is a dog trained to provide affection and comfort to people in hospitals, retirement homes, nursing homes, schools, hospices, disaster areas, and to people with learning difficulties.
These are NOT the kind of dogs that can be brought into restaurants, etc.
Those are service dogs, which Wikipedia defines as: A service dog is a type of assistance dog specifically trained to help people who have disabilities including visual difficulties, hearing impairments, mental illness, seizures, diabetes, autism, and more.
I mention service dogs because I wanted to tell you about the new release, DEADLY FORCE by my pal Misty Evans who's donating a percentage of her sales to service dog organizations that help veterans deal with their PTSD. How awesome is that?!?!
And because I think it's an awesome cause she's supporting, I'm giving away a copy of DEADLY FORCE, just answer one of the questions asked below.
