It's the second half of 2015!!

Where did the time go?

Can you believe we're in the last six months of 2015?

I've got to say that the first half of the year wasn't the greatest and the last nine or ten days were wackier than usual with a car accident last week and then yesterday, an orthopedist telling me I probably need to have surgery on my knee. Geez!!

So I'm hoping that, surgery and all, to rock the second half of 2015.  I've got a lot of plans, some big, some small. Some have to do with writing, some have to do with life.

I'm excited about them all!!!

To kick off the second half of the year, I've joined Camp NaNoWriMo in the hopes of having even more fun with my writing.

I'll be writing the eleventh Hitwoman book!

Speaking of Hitwoman books, my copy editor is currently working on book 10!!

Also, my content editor is working on a romantic suspense novel I'm hoping to release in a couple months.

And I have a couple of secret projects that I'm working on that I'm really excited about!  (See, rocking the rest of the year -- woohoo!)

Oh, and in case you missed it, A WOOF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING is now out!

While investigating the disappearance of a psychic matchmaker, Detective Brian Griswald meets dog trainer Stephanie Browne, a beautiful woman who can be just as prickly as the rescue mutts she works with.

Like her dogs, Stephanie’s not quick to trust, which is why she rejects the charming detective when he tries to pursue a relationship with her, but when Brian is dragged into a case involving Stephanie’s beloved dogs, the two must work together to find the truth.

Solving the mystery proves challenging for both of them and dangerous for Stephanie. Can Brian and a canine cavalry save her before it’s too late?

Tell me Killer Friends: What are YOUR plans for the second half of 2015??

Ugh, I can't believe were halfway through the year already. It's been a whirlwind.

You've accomplished so much so far in 2015. Go you! And you weathered the bumps and brambles life threw at you pretty damn well, if you ask me. Now you're well on your way to accomplishing tons in the last half. Rock star.

Plans? Plans. Umm... Yeah, I have plans around here somewhere. All I know right now is Wish in One Hand is due out in August, and then I need to start thinking about Bloodflow for November/December. Right now, though, the only thing I can think about is this week. Accidental Death has an ad coming out on Friday - along with a sale. (Deets on my Friday post.) Fingers crossed that this goes well. And I am so far behind on my editing/proofreading that I want to crawl in a hole and hide.

I like "bumps and brambles" B.E. -- never heard it before, but love it.

You've got great plans too. Fingers crossed on your Accidental Death ad.

LOL, I ALWAYS want to hide from edits/proofreading.

We'll BOTH rock the second half of the year!!

Boo that you have to have surgery. But thankful you otherwise seem okay after your accident. Scary.

I don't know where the first part of this year went, BUT I spend considerable time getting my life and space organized and it felt so good. In the second part of 2015 I'll be releasing my next romantic suspense, EXPOSED, which I'm very excited about. I have set a goal to finish the 1st draft of my fourth book by the end of July. I have set a couple of marketing oriented goals after I spent some time in the first half of the year trying to figure out what I was willing and not willing to do.

Have a great time with CampNaNo. I can't wait to hear how it's going!
